When you purchase a download, you will be sent an email
confirming your order. It has two links:
One to view your order
One to access your download (once payment is processed, usually done immediately)
Alternatively log in to your account and click on DOWNLOADS
where all successful purchases are shown for you to download to your device.
You can log in to your account either at the top of
home page or at the bottom:

Once you have logged in you will see a DOWNLOADS button. Click here to download your video.
FILE FORMAT
Our downloads are in .mkv or .mp4
MKV offers a similar standard of quality to MP4 while being
smaller in size, and therefor quicker to download
When your download is complete please check the file format
is displayed by your device as .mkv or .mp4
If this is not the case, you can overwrite the file name to
enable your device to recognise the file as a video e.g. 1204.mkv
